Our chicken is 100% pastured and Certified Organic, which means NO GMOs, NO hormones and NO antibiotics ever used.
We move the chickens daily to fresh grass to forage and eat grass and bugs to make the healthiest and tastiest meat available!
Our chickens are also processed in a Certified Organic USDA facility.

Arm Chuck Roast ($9.25/lb)
Chuck Roasts are cut from well-developed, heavily-exercised muscles from the forequarter. Chuck Roasts are best braised (moist heat slow cooking to soften and tenderize them). The chuck has a wonderful, robust beefy flavor and it is moist, juicy, and has nice melting tenderness when braised.

Preparation is easy, just simmer the tongue until tender and then shred or slice to enjoy. With a flavor that is often compared to roast beef, it makes a great addition to soups, stir fry, or the classic Tacos De Lengua!
