Bulk SALE- Whole Hog
A $200 non-refundable deposit required to reserve. Approximately 120-160lbs of take home pastured pork in different cuts - including a variety of chops, ham, bacon, sausages, roasts.
Processing: You will provide cutting instructions directly with our butcher (we can help you with that) . The butcher will invoice you directly for processing costs when you pick up your pork at their facility in Wisconsin and you pay us for the pork based on hanging weight.
Price: $4.50/lb of hanging weight (approx 180lbs)
