A $200 non-refundable deposit required to reserve. Approximately 120-160lbs of take home pastured pork in different cuts - including a variety of chops, ham, bacon, sausages, roasts.
Processing: You will provide cutting instructions directly with our butcher (we can help you with that) . The butcher will invoice you directly for processing costs when you pick up your pork at their facility in Wisconsin.
Price: $3.79/lb of hanging weight (approx 180lbs)
