The Tiny Star Beef Box
It’s the Starry Beef Box, but tiny.
Per our customers requests, we went smaller. And that means smaller quantity, never smaller quality! The Tiny Star Beef Box is the perfect way to get your quality, premium, farm fresh grass fed beef for your monthly meals. Each box includes 5lbs of a selection of beef cuts that we hand pick for your family for that specific month, as well as recipes to help you plan your meals, and a newsletter with "news from the farm", and cooking and other helpful (and some fun) information. This box is perfect for couples, smaller families of 2-3 members, or for infrequent beef eaters.
A sample beef box includes (approximately, and for example): 2lbs ground beef + 2.5lbs rib eye steaks + 1lb stew meat, or 3.5lbs Sirloin Tip Roast + 2lbs T-bone Steaks.
As a member you are also always able to "add-on" items usually not included in boxes; like soup bones, beef liver, summer sausage, beef sticks, or even more ground beef, as well as SPECIAL items that may ONLY be offered to beef box members.
Because this is a smaller amount, we do not home deliver, but will have specific monthly PICK UP dates and locations (Chicago and S/E Wisconsin only) stated at the bottom of page.
*Please keep in mind, as a small farm, a limited number of cattle means we can only accommodate a limited number of enrollments.*

How It Works:
You Enroll.
It's easy! Go to the bottom of this page to make your one-time payment. You will then get a confirmation email and reminder of your pick up dates and specific location.. Your payment will be in full for the 3 months and no other charges should be expected.
Also as a member, you’ll have access to special sales, add-on items, a monthly newsletter and recipes included in your box, and an invitation to our annual "Customer Appreciation party" at the farm.
We Harvest and Box.
When the animals are ready, they get harvested at our chosen USDA facility. It then gets dry-aged for 10-14 days, and cut to our specifications. Based on the enrollment, we then divide the meat packages per member and per month, deciding what will be sent when. We will carefully prepare the boxes, including the recipes and a newsletter with helpful information.
Pick up your box.
Every month, on the specific date provided at the beginning of your enrollment, your box will be ready for pick up at your specified location (Chicago, or S/E Wisconsin). We will send "pick up" reminders a few days before. Traveling or not able to pick up? No worries! send a friend, neighbor, or talk to us about a possible date change.

You get to enjoy delicious and nutritious grass-fed beef while feeling good that you know where it comes from, that you are supporting a local, small farm, and that what you are eating is actually GOOD for your health, and your environment!
