Accommodations and Amenities

You will stay at the lower level apartment of our PHIUS Certified House, Net zero energy, and green/healthy home. As part of our sustainability efforts through our regenerative and organic farming practices, we built our home using ICF (insulated concrete form) walls, triple pane windows, and an architectural energy modeling that optimizes the thermal envelope and energy conservation strategy.

Accommodations in our 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment are for up to 5 people
  • 1 Bedroom (queen size bed)
  • 1 Queen size sofa bed in family room
  • 1 Twin size sofa bed in family room
  • Fully equipped kitchen with cooking essentials (coffee, salt, peper, olive oil, napkins, other spices, etc..)
  • 1 Full bathroom
  • Washer/Dryer
  • Donkey Kong arcade game
  • Chest full of board games and puzzles
Other Amenities:
  • Essential toiletries (hand and soap, shampoo, conditioner)
  • Clean linens and towels, and extra pillows
  • WiFi
  • Bluetooth speaker
  • Outside: Grill, picnic tables, fire pit for your use
  • Plenty of relaxation, beautiful views, and fresh air!

P.S. As part of our "come disconnect" mission, there is NO TV in the apartment, instead, besides the beautiful outdoors, you can enjoy a  big chest FULL of board games and puzzles (for all ages), a handful of fiction and nonfiction books, or play the OG Donkey Kong arcade!
We do have Wi-fi for your convenience.
