A $200 non-refundable deposit required to reserve. About 30-45lbs (for a whole) and 15-25lbs (for a half) of 100% grass fed lamb in different cuts- including a variety of chops, roasts, ribs, ground lamb, stew meat, etc (this may vary according to your own cutting instructions).
Processing: You will provide cutting instructions directly with our butcher, Lake Geneva Country Meats . The butcher will invoice you directly for processing costs when you pick up your lamb at their facility in Wisconsin. Here is a list of their processing pricing sheet.
HARVEST DATE- December 2024
Price: $9.75/lb of hanging weight (between 50-75lbs for a whole lamb)
