Chuck Roasts are cut from well-developed, heavily-exercised muscles from the forequarter. Chuck Roasts are best braised (moist heat slow cooking to soften and tenderize them). The chuck has a wonderful, robust beefy flavor and it is moist, juicy, and hasnice melting tenderness when braised.
Each roast is about 3lbs.
